Meet the Farmers: New Family Farm
Ryan Powers & Adam Davidoff
Organic Produce
Sebastopol, California
Established 2011

Farming 15 acres in Sonoma County, California, and providing excellent quality, organic produce throughout the North Bay.

They are on the cutting edge of ecological horticulture—working toward a sustainable and resilient foodshed one season at a time. They make judicious use of both summer and winter cover crops, pollinator habitat, and crop rotation. They also use dry-farm techniques to minimize water use and maximize flavor. In addition, they actively conduct research to develop efficient, production-scale no-till farming.
