Partnerships Manager, Institutional Giving • Development

he/him/el

Growing up in Marin County, Andrew developed a deep connection to the natural world through childhood experiences climbing on Ring Mountain, paddling on Tomales Bay, and watching fog roll across the Tam ridge. He started guiding backpacking and kayaking programs in college, working to inspire those same connections in others.

Andrew has dedicated his career to conservation and environmental justice, seeking opportunities to make both immediate and systemic change. He has served as program manager and fundraiser for several environmental education programs, and, most recently, in a development role for GRID Alternatives, a clean energy nonprofit.

Andrew joins KTA eager to learn more about our food systems and support the organization’s efforts to advance equity, sustainability, and healthier relationships with the land. He currently lives in Oakland with his partner and their two cats, Chicken and Noodle. He enjoys riding excessive distances on his bike, planning camping trips, and reading the works of Robert Caro.
