Our 2025-2035 Strategic Plan
At Kitchen Table Advisors, we envision a world where sustainable farmers and ranchers are thriving and valued as important leaders within vibrant, community-based food systems rooted in the equitable distribution of power and resources.
For over a decade, KTA’s role has been to support farmers and ranchers in building their resilience through practical business advising and creating opportunities for equitable access to land, capital, and markets.
What follows is our strategic plan reflecting the wisdom of over 100 conversations with our farmer and rancher clients, programmatic partners, donors, Kitchen Cabinet members, and former and current staff.
